10x Thinking A lesson in Transformation

10x Thinking: A Lesson in Transformation

Early last year, I came across a book that reshaped how I view growth, decision-making and strategic thinking: “10x is Easier Than 2x” by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy.

At first, the concept of aiming for 10x instead of 2x seemed counterintuitive. How could a leap ten times bigger be easier? But as I read, I realized it wasn’t about working harder—it was about thinking differently.

Some key lessons I learned:

1. Focus creates freedom: To achieve 10x, you must let go of the 80% that only delivers incremental growth. I learned the importance of staying laser focused on what brings the most value.

2. Transformation over optimization: While 2x thinking tries to improve what already exists, 10x thinking demands reinvention. Don’t be afraid to explore bold ideas while playing on critical strengths.

3. Your future shapes your present: Instead of basing growth on past limitations, 10x thinking focuses on what’s possible and aligns daily decisions with that vision.

As I reflect on my journey—both in corporate leadership and now as a healer and entrepreneur—this principle has become central to how I approach goals. Whether it’s transforming a business, deepening spiritual practices, or creating impact, the shift to 10x thinking is deeply liberating.

2025 could be the year to 10x your goals
